During long-term storage or deep discharge, GIANT batteries can enter protective or inactive states. Our service focuses on safely restoring function through comprehensive diagnostics, controlled reactivation procedures, and battery management system recovery where possible.
This service is specifically intended for batteries affected by inactivity or storage-related failure. It does not include repacking, capacity upgrades, or internal cell replacement.
Each battery is evaluated individually, and the possibility of successful restoration depends on the current condition of the cells and electronics at the time of inspection.
Where successful, restoration allows you to continue using your existing GIANT battery without the expense of complete replacement.
