We offer a dedicated restoration service for Specialized e-bike batteries that have been left uncharged or stored for an extended period and no longer switch on or accept a charge.
During long-term storage, these batteries may enter deep discharge or protection states. Our service focuses on safely restoring function through thorough diagnostics, controlled reactivation procedures, and battery management system recovery where possible.
This service is specifically intended for batteries affected by inactivity or prolonged storage. It does not include repacking, capacity upgrades, or repairs involving replacement of internal cell groups.
Each battery is evaluated individually. Restoration success depends on the health of the existing cells and electronics at the time of inspection.
Where successful, restoration can return your original Specialized battery to service without the cost of full replacement.
